Terms of Service

stuffmybio provides a link-in-bio platform for social media creators that:

• Scans your Instagram Reels (with your authorization) using computer vision to detect products
• Matches detected products to affiliate links via Amazon, TikTok Shop, Skimlinks, Impact, and other networks
• Publishes a shoppable storefront grid accessible at your stuffmybio URL
• Tracks aggregate click counts on your product tiles (no visitor PII)

We provide the platform and tools; you are responsible for the content, accuracy of product listings, and compliance with applicable affiliate network terms and disclosure laws.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use stuffmybio. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information on your storefront is accurate and not misleading
• Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access at hello@stuffmybio.com

You may not create more than one account per person without written permission. Accounts created to circumvent a suspension will be permanently banned.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with the terms of all affiliate networks you participate in (Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop, Skimlinks, Impact, etc.)
• Follow applicable advertising disclosure laws, including FTC 16 CFR Part 255 in the United States and equivalent regulations in your country
• Comply with Instagram's and TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Only link to products you have genuinely featured or recommend in good faith
• Not misrepresent affiliate relationships or create deceptive storefronts
• Keep your Instagram OAuth authorization current — a revoked token will stop automated Reel scanning

Every product tile on a stuffmybio storefront automatically renders a visible #ad chip and the rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute on outbound links. This is the minimum automated disclosure the platform provides.

You remain solely responsible for making clear and conspicuous disclosures on your own social media posts, captions, and stories when promoting affiliate products off-platform. Stuffmybio cannot make those disclosures on your behalf.

Affiliate commissions are earned by you through the respective affiliate networks. We do not take a cut of affiliate commissions on any plan.

You retain full ownership of all content you create on stuffmybio — your profile information, product descriptions, content cards, and storefront customizations.

By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve your storefront content to visitors for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond operating and improving the Service.

Product images and names sourced from Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other affiliate networks are owned by the respective brands and displayed under the terms of those affiliate programs.

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring billing cycle.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
• Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, email hello@stuffmybio.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices for an active subscription.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days before downgrading your account to Free.

You agree not to use stuffmybio to:

• Promote illegal products, weapons, controlled substances, or counterfeit goods
• Operate fraudulent affiliate schemes, link farms, or click-fraud rings
• Publish hate speech, discrimination, or content that violates Instagram's or TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Impersonate another creator or brand
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform beyond your own account data
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or Row Level Security policies
• Use automated accounts (bots) to inflate storefront metrics

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies in product detection by our vision model
• Changes to affiliate programs, commission rates, or link availability
• Downtime of third-party services (Instagram Graph API, Amazon PA-API, Stripe, etc.)
• Lost affiliate commissions resulting from platform downtime
• Actions taken by affiliate networks against your account

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. We will delete your data within 7 days (see our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Non-payment after the retry window
• Extended inactivity (12+ months with no storefront views and no active subscription)

For non-payment or inactivity we will email you 14 days before taking action. For serious violations we reserve the right to act immediately.
